We were very clear in what models we would consider, and the options that were "must haves" and which were "desirable and nice to have." With frequent visits, and numerous driving sessions, the choice became clearer. Bob Murray, who spend considerable time with us, explained the technology in each model and option, and demonstrated all that we wanted to see actually work. His patience and perseverance was outstanding and so valuable as we narrowed our search. As our desires clarified, Bob was able to produce the exact model we wanted, complete with exterior color, interior color and a whole list of options that were a combination of "must haves and nice to haves." So not only was it the right car, it was also negotiated to be the right price too. Aaron was helpful in assisting in finding the best lease that would fit our needs as well. So, yesterday, my wife drove home her new 2017 E300... and before we left the dealership, Bob did a wonderful job showing us how the modern technology was now implemented, and how all the selections were made on the controls. Awesome job!! I strongly recommend Walter's Mercedes and Bob Murray to anyone who would consider a lease or purchase. Bob also was instrumental in my purchase of a 2017 GLE350 earlier this year! Walter's Has Excellent Customer Service I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am. Gave us a free rental car to run an errand and have I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am.
