Chris was one of the few to respond to me in a timely manner, and because he was very helpful in answering my questions and eager and willing to help me get a great deal, I decided to check out Walter's over other dealerships. When I got there, I was greeted by Matt and got his undivided attention. He was nothing short of considerate and courteous. He showed me a model even better than the one I was considering buying, and was able to offer me a very good price that I just couldn't refuse. And Andy helped me complete the finishing touches on my deal. It was a real pleasure working with everyone. Too busy for clients...never called back I'm sorry to say that this was the second chance I gave the sales team at this dealer! And once again I had to take my business elsewhere. I now own 2 I'm sorry to say that this was the second chance I gave the sales team at this dealer! And once again I had to take my business elsewhere. I now own 2 Mercedes Benz thanks to the fast acting sales team at Keyes European. I got in touch with the sales team at Walters via the internet late one night. Sure enough at 9:07am the following day I get a call back from Andrew Wagners assistant. Shortly thereafter I called back and got in touch with Andrew. Seemed like a nice enough guy and not too pushy. The customer service up to that point was ok, told him what I wanted and he asked for additional info about my trade in. Called me back and said ok let me give all this information to our appraiser and you'll get a call back in 5 minutes. Here we are 10 hrs later and never received a call back! Since he never called back to even tell me that he was too busy or couldn't help me I decided to call another local dealer and was able to get the deal done there! It was a great gift for my wife on Xmas! Wouldn't recommend Walters they're too busy for their own good. More
