Brandon Monaco & Andrew Wagner! AMAZING!!!! I truly cannot say enough great things about Walter's Mercedes. 2.5 years ago I leased my first Mercedes from another dealership (worst mistake ever!) I truly cannot say enough great things about Walter's Mercedes. 2.5 years ago I leased my first Mercedes from another dealership (worst mistake ever!). One day while visiting family in the Riverside area I had a tire warning that came on. I drove in and met Brandon Monaco in the service department. He could not have been more amazing! From then on every time I needed service I would make the drive from Orange County to Riverside because I knew Brandon would take care of me and my car! During my last visit for my 30K mile service I expressed to Brandon I was considering upgrading into something a little bigger. Brandon was so considerate to talk to me about it and then introduced me to Andrew Wagner. Andrew and I talked about what I liked about my CLA and what kind of car I saw myself in next. Once I decided on the GLC Andrew got right to work. He tracked down the exact car I wanted with every single feature I asked for. He kept me updated every step of the way on where the car was and when I could come pick it up. He even took care of all the paperwork over the phone with me. When the day came to pick up the car I showed up, turned my car in, signed paperwork with Jason Hardin in the finance office (for about 5 minutes), got into the new car, went over the functions and drove away. I have NEVER purchased a car with such ease, efficiency, and professionalism. There was no typical haggling and negotiating. I told Andrew exact what I could afford and we made it happen. I wasn't there for hours for no reason. I was in and out within an hour! AMAZING! I will NEVER go to another dealership. Thank you Brandon and Andrew for valuing your customers and realizing they have a choice when it comes to where they do business. BUT after cozy chatting with him in a car for an hour of some nonsense topics while waiting for my appointment, I decide to make the move RIGHT NOW, no tomorrow, RIGHT NOW! 2016 New GLE Simply, I think Richie is never really focusing on selling cars to you, he is careless of that part, seriously. However, he cares more of what you want and what you think. So the whole time, I didn't smell any of the commercial sense, just people to people, customer oriented. I am a business man, and I face sales guy everyday, some of them are crappy, some of them just get the swagger of making the deal. Richie Lapierre is in the later category. The whole process is worry free, you never think about the typical "win" or "lose" deal mindset. Walter Automotive gives out the best deal on the table right away and I believe that is probably the best deal in the market as well, because I suppose they know making the customer happy is a good way of getting business. So in the end of the day, when every arrows pointing to the spot that the deals need to be done, it needs to be done. :) Drive to here, it is not the closest dealer from you probably, but you will get what you want, that's the key right? So I endorse this one for you, come here , they take care of you and they get it done.
