My wife and i have trusted Walter's to provide us with the best product(s), the best deal(s) and the best service since we purchased our first new Mer My wife and i have trusted Walter's to provide us with the best product(s), the best deal(s) and the best service since we purchased our first new Mercedes in 1980. We haven't had to purchase many cars over the years (that first 240D lasted 25 years and 375,000 miles). The sales staff (I still remember the name of our first salesperson) has always been superior. Most recently, we had to replace our 8-year old GL 450 that was totalled in an automobile collision. I contacted Bob Murray for sales assistance and received absolutely excellent information, assistance and care in our replacement GL 350 Bluetec vehicle. After my accident my wife was so concerned about crash survivability that we purchased a B-Class for our second car. Excellent Service from Kat Bassenger I can't say enough great things about salesperson Kat Bassenger and Walter's Mercedes-Benz in Riverside. During my first visit to the dealership, Kat I can't say enough great things about salesperson Kat Bassenger and Walter's Mercedes-Benz in Riverside. During my first visit to the dealership, Kat was always professional, courteous, and patient in answering my questions. She respected the fact that I was only looking and not ready to buy that day. In no way did she try to change my mind about that. I test drove the CLA250 and C300. A few weeks later, I went to another dealership, Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, to test drive cars again as I was undecided on which model I wanted. Well, I had a horrible experience there and felt like I was being bullied and harassed into buying a car from a young, inexperienced, female salesperson who was only working at the dealership for three months and sold homes in a previous job. When she wasn't getting anywhere with me on her own to advance the sale, she brought in the "muscle" - a sales manager. As soon as that happened, I knew I wasn't going to do business with them and decided to go back to Walter's the next day to buy my car. During my second visit to Walter's, Kat Bassenger worked with me all day as I test drove the cars again and looked at their inventory. She worked tirelessly for me and even did a nationwide search to try to locate a vehicle that had all the options I was looking for. They found one, but it wasn't in the exact color I wanted so I looked at their inventory again and decided on a 2015 C300 in the color I wanted. Kat made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole car-buying experience and in no way pressured me like they way the MB dealership in Ontario did. Initially, I was dreading the whole car-buying process, but it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience thanks to Kat. It's been 15 years since my last new car purchase, and I'm already looking forward to my next MB purchase from Kat at Walter's MB.
