He took his time with me and helped me find the perfect car that suits me and my lifestyle. When it came down to the numbers, Andrew and his colleague Andy Towns did everything they could to remain within the parameters of my financial comfort zone. To be honest with you, I walked in there thinking I would not be able to own a Mercedes Benz with my bad credit, which I am trying to rebuild, and strict low limits on monthly and down payments, but Andrew made it work. Even his assistant, who I apologize, but I can't remember her name, was incredibly personable and helpful. The only time I ever felt a tiny bit uncomfortable was with the financial gentleman (I don't remember his name). He was a bit pushy in trying to sell me the warranty and extra insurance. I had to tell him no about 4 times. I suppose this is his job though. Anyway, aside from that, it was a great experience and I am now a happy Mercedez Benz ownder :) More

Very good customer service I called appointment to bring my car in because A/C was not blow the cold air, the gentleman oh the phone told me to bring in the same day.
