We were on a trip to Palm Springs for a wedding when a red light came on in our 2012 CLS 550. We had a tire that wouldn't hold air and a gas station sent us down to Walter's Mercedes in Riverside. We were greeted immediately and our service advisor was Sarina Novin-Kashani. She immediately started calling around to see where she could get a replacement tire. Walter's didn't have the tire, and didn't have one on their lot so the calling began. She was amazing and she was also concerned that we get to the Palm Springs wedding. Another dealer didn't have the tire but called an independent tire store and they had one in stock. This store was in Irvine, California - quite a ways from Riverside. Sarina offered us a free loaner car (we would have gladly paid) and sent us on our way. Then an employee from Walter's drove to Irvine to pick up the tire. We have tire and rim insurance but Sarina wasn't sure if we could get the tire under the insurance as the store was not connected with MBZ. This was not a problem for us. The arrangements were that we could pick up the car on Sunday on our way home. Sarina called Saturday and told me the car was ready and the tire was covered under the warranty. When we went to pick up our car it had been totally detailed. She took hours to find this tire and fix our car. Now to the most important thing for the reader to understand -WE HAD NEVER BEEN TO WALTER'S MERCEDES.WE WERE COMING INTO THIS NEW DEALERSHIP TRYING TO REPLACE A HARD TO FIND TIRE - and our lovely service advisor Sarina Novin-Kashani treated us like we were their best and most important customers! I was absolutely amazed. I felt like I had walked into their dealership and won the lottery. and this is how their entire operation is run. Kindness and efficiency to anyone who walks through their doors. We arrived to our wedding on time and I have to say that I still have that wonderful feeling about Walter's Mercedes. We live far away, but we will certainly come to Riverside to buy our next car and will continue to tell our friends about our experience. Jan G. More

I just recently purchased my first Mercedes-Benz about 2 months ago and I must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. I was really apprehensive about buying a new car but Mr. Ri months ago and I must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. The whole looking for the right car, test driving the car, and the financial aspect was done in as little as 2 hours top. It felt like I was in and out. Every chance I get I tell everyone how amazing the experience was and I will continue to purchase my vechiles there. Everyone made me feel at home and comfortable. Rick was so gracious and wonderful to work with. If every car salesman was like Rick then everyone would drive away in a new car. I love Walters Mercedes. This was my second purchase with in a 3 month time frame. I love my new mercedes so much that I talked my mom into trading in her old Toyota for a Mercedes. I have leased several cars from Walters and they always take care of me. Some salesmen are friendlier than others but I suppose that's true of any dealership. I drove to showroom and looking for parking. There were 4 slaes guys outsite and when i asked where i can park, one of them throw a comment looking at my infinity ex35 " i sold one of those at 3k, and it als slaes guys outsite and when i asked where i can park, one of them throw a comment looking at my infinity ex35 " i sold one of those at 3k, and it also had a dent". My car is a 40k car and it had a tiny dent. The sales guy has no business to pass demeaning comment on a prospective customer. After i test drove few car, i met the manager, guess what, the manager was one of the mob and he was not so sensitive when i complained abt the previous incident. I will never go there again.
