I do not expect someone in sales to meet my every request, but I do expect them to be fair and honest and direct. David Alcantar was both of those, and there was none of the angst I have usually associated with buying a car. David Alcantar is the type of person you would want to make any kind of deal with. I found him to be forthright and someone I could trust, and he was good on his word, every time! More

Bob Rosas provided me with the information I needed to purchase my vehicle and was very pleasant and professional to work with. The finance portion of the sale, was extremely annoying, however. I waited over one hour to finish transaction. Total time to purchase car was 3 and a half hours. Walter's Mercedes showed little regard for the customers time. Because of this, I will not purchase my next Mercedes at Walter's. More
