Its always somewhat of an inconvenience when your car decides breaks down, but when you come to Walters Mercedes Benz they made sure to accommodate me for what ever I needed. Joseph went so far as having decides breaks down, but when you come to Walters Mercedes Benz they made sure to accommodate me for what ever I needed. Cody Burt was our advisor and did a great job explaining the service needed and figuring out what was wrong with our car’s engine light. He kept us in constant contact and updated us as the repairs were bei the service needed and figuring out what was wrong with our car’s engine light. He kept us in constant contact and updated us as the repairs were being completed. I also appreciate the Lyft transportation to and from the dealership which was completely complimentary. More

We usually take our vehicles to another Mercedes Benz dealership service center, but our usual place was behind on appointments and unable to get us completed in time to leave for a long-planned road tri dealership service center, but our usual place was behind on appointments and unable to get us completed in time to leave for a long-planned road trip. So we called Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside to see what they could do. They were understanding of our situation and scheduled us as an “Express Service”. Joseph Loera was our service rep and was PHENOMENAL. He kept me updated throughout the service, our vehicle was ready when he said it would be and he was super friendly on top of it all. Our first time using Walter’s MB was an exceptional experience. More

Walter’s Mercedes service advisor David Greene was Awesome!!! David wrote down and addressed the issues I had with the vehicle and kept me informed by sending a real-time video feed of the service bei Awesome!!! David then had my vehicle washed and brought all paperwork and my keys to me as I sat in the waiting area. David provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership.
