But this time I have to, I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for over 35 years I have and had a lot of different models and I have review for everyone. Worst costumer service ever unprofessional and impolite employees. The sales manager and this Austin guy at service department was lying to his GM on the phone at the front of me thinking KA will make him succeed but cheaters don’t succeed sir. This is the kind of dealership that you take your car to with a small problem in your car and they miss up something else so you have to come back and pay more and more. They are really ruined the reputation of Mercedes Benz USA. I feel bad for the owners and the investors that they spent millions of dollars to make a good business and because they hire a bad dishonest and disrespectful employees that miss up and ruined their reputation.
