Jonathan Hasshaw makes Mercedes service visits an experience. He gets me in and out in no time flat and is concerned with meeting my every need! I have NEVER been so pleased! !! My service gentleman was, Michael Ramos. He went the extra mile to make my 90,000 service a wonderful experience. It began a week before my appo !! It began a week before my appointment when he explain, in detail, what the car needed and why it was important. I had so much confidence in him and was so grateful that I truly understood what was needed. THANK YOU MICHAEL RAMOS😃 Just one suggestion to Mr. Walter, The seating in the waiting room is so uncomfortable. If you go across the street to Lexus or BMW you will see what I mean. They have comfy chairs. When you decide to wait for your car, it would be so nice to be able to do so in comfort. You have a wonderful staff!! More
