Thank you again JR and all the friendly service/loaner angels. Always a pleasing experience no matter what you have to do. Had an issue with the wipers which was fixed under warranty. Had a large roofing nail in my right rear tire. Reached J. R. Rodriguez who asked a few questions to determine the status of the tire. I was met with very curtious receptionists. The technician took me in, in a timely manner. He listened to my concern and the issues i was having with the radio.
