JR is the best in Riverside JR (our service rep) always makes things easy and explains everything. He gives options to consider and works within our budget. Having a loaner car is convent w/ our busy schedules. Paying online prior to pick up is also awesome. My car came back washed, as well. The only thing I would improve upon, is the pick up time. I requested a certain time and after I got there, it was 30 minutes until my car was driven out. They called back for it at least 3 times. It's a shame to have one area that needs improvement, that should actually be the easiest, but to a customer, is pretty annoying. More

From our first desperate phone call, the service we received was excellent. We were on our vacation when the engine light went on. The horrid thought of having to spend the day at a dealer for repairs received was excellent. We were on our vacation when the engine light went on. R. reviewed with me what needed to be done now and what could be deferred until my next service. I waited on my vehicle. During the work, J. R. told me that I needed something else to be done that was discovered during the servicing. I made another appointment in January 2020 as it was not an item that needed to be done immediately. No pressure, just honesty. This is why I use Walter's for my Mercedes servicing and why I choose J. R. to be my tech adviser. More
