Follow up on service engine light While I was a bit frustrated that I had to take my “new to me” car back to the dealership after having it for only about 2 months to have it checked o While I was a bit frustrated that I had to take my “new to me” car back to the dealership after having it for only about 2 months to have it checked out for a service light, the service I received was good. Austin Schneider was very pleasant and Walters arranged for a loaner vehicle which was nice but I couldn’t help but to notice there were limitations to how far I could go in the loaner car and I couldn’t help but to think back when I had my Honda and they gave me a loaner car, they didn’t have those limits. All of the people I’ve worked with at Walters have been great, that just kinda bugged me. Plus from what I was told there wasn’t anything wrong with my car but it was a computer update. I live fairly far away from the dealership so it was a hassle. Just to be clear, it was not the staff that was lacking it was just the rest... More

He is incredible... very responsive, exceptionally quick to understand my needs and extremely proactive in finding solutions that exceed my expectations. The drivers side interior door handle was delaminating, to the extent that a sharp ridge of hard plastic had formed along the edge of the handle. This hard plastic would slice my fingers when I pulled the handle to open the door. Initially Brandon informed me I would have to pay to have the handle replaced because the warranty on the car had expired 2-months ago. Because of the nature of the issue Brandon agreed to investigate helping cover part of the cost. The next day Brandon informed me the cost of the repair would be 100% covered!!! I am very grateful for the work Brandon does each and every time I come into Walters Mercedes. More
