Needed scheduled service and eck bond estimate I had a tiny tear in my seat when l brought my car in for scheduled service. I asked Alex to send a pic to eck bond since l already filed a claim. And, took time to explain the process. He said eck bond may send a rep or, authorize them to do repair. He came to the waiting room to tell me eck bond was replacing the seat and that he would request the part to be ordered. He said he will call when the seat comes in. Initially, he was going to provide me with a ride home, but as we went over the services needed, he realized they would need to keep my car overnight, so he arranged for a loaner vehicle. He was very pleasant, kept me posted on what was happening and notified me promptly of the completion of the work. He reviewed the bill with me, answering my questions and assured that I received the discounts that were being offered by Walter's Mercedes at that time. The whole experience went smoothly and I was happily on my way after paying my bill. More
