I was concerned at first, since this is my first Mercedes Benz, but I have been very happy with the services, professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere inside the dealership. I had previously owned Chevy's and had them serviced across the way at Singh Chevrolet. And I must say it was not a pleasant place to wait. Unexpected Service Call on A Saturday I just purchased my new 2019 Mercedes and was driving on a Saturday Afternoon when my display screen above the center console went dark. I was near Wa I just purchased my new 2019 Mercedes and was driving on a Saturday Afternoon when my display screen above the center console went dark. I was near Walter’s on this particular day and pulled into the Service Department and explained what had just occurred as I only had the car for about a month. To my surprise, the Service Advisor, David Greene attempted to have the Service Department try and fix the issue same day. However, the issue diagnosed was actually the display screen failure (atypical) and a new one had to be ordered. I was promptly provided with a loaner car and was on my way. I returned a couple days later and picked up my car with new display screen. Thank you!! More
