He too great care to get my complimentary service set up. I needed a vehicle to leave and all of the loaner vehicles were gone, and David got me all set up for a rental car. And when I realized I left my house key, my mailbox key, and cell phone plug in the car, David was kind enough to retrieve it for me, all with a smile. Service experience I bought a brand new S450 in March 2018. It has been giving me problems since then. The center console touch panel does not work sometimes. And someti I bought a brand new S450 in March 2018. It has been giving me problems since then. The center console touch panel does not work sometimes. And sometimes the main center screen starts changing options on its own. First time I went there, I was told nothing was wrong and if I get a video of what is happening they will consider to fix my problem. So I got the video of the options changing while I was driving (which was definitely not safe) and I turned the car in again. They said that there was some software upgrade and it was fixed. However, the same day I found that the touch center console is not working. I took a video and sent it to them and they requested to turn the car back in again. This is really inconvenient and I would not go for Mercedes cars again. I used to drive a Porsche and I think I should switch back again. More
