Great Place for Car Repair Since I purchased my Mercedes in 2013, I have entrusted Walter's with the care of my car, I regularly have my car serviced when my car indicates the Since I purchased my Mercedes in 2013, I have entrusted Walter's with the care of my car, I regularly have my car serviced when my car indicates the need for service. I always get an email notification from Walter's of the need for service. I have consulted with multiple staff from Walter's in the time that I have taken my car to Walter's. The staff are nice and helpful. In June 2017, my car was serviced and the service was great. I was in and out in short period of time. The car runs great and handles well. I follow the advice of the service advisor, Cody Burt. He has given me good advice on taking care of my Mercedes. Recently, I brought my Mercedes in as the driver side interior door handle broke. I have to roll down the driver's side car window and open the door with the outside door handle! This is an inconvenience and will be a challenge when the weather changes. Cody was very helpful. He gave some information on the repair and part. He also attempted to find out if my car protection plan would cover the repair. He went the extra mile to be helpful! Unfortunately, it is uncertain on when the part will be in. I look forward to talking with Cody about the progress on getting the part and fixing the car door. More
