Explained what was done on the car and made sure I understood the pre-paid service and my remaining warranty One negative I would mention, not related directly to Mark or Alex, is the issue with the air conditioner filter system. It cost $80 to clean and/or repair and sounds like it is more of a defective issue rather tha with the part rather than something that needs to be done at every service? More

Walter's Has Excellent Customer Service I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am. Gave us a free rental car to run an errand and have I called on Friday morning for my A service and luckily they worked me in for Saturday at 9:15 am. Gave us a free rental car to run an errand and have breakfast and my car was ready by 11:00 am. Thanks to Alex Ramirez for being so efficient and texting me when the car was done. More

They make sure you are taken care of and given royal treatment. Thank you to JR Rodriguez who makes sure the cars are as beautiful and smooth as they were the moment they rolled off the factory floor. Thank you to the loaner department for making sure the loaner cars are great to drive and making the whole process so simple while we wait for the work to be done.
