Excellent Customer Service from Ambar Mejia I brought my Mercedes in to Walter's Automotive for routine servicing on June 17 and was met at the curb by service advisor Ambar Mejia. She was very friendly, courteous, and efficient, explaining everything that would be done to my car, how long it would take, and the estimated cost. I had other business in Temecula, so she helped me obtain a loaner vehicle, and as I was leaving I realized I had left my phone in my car, Ambar went into the service area, found it and brought it out to me. Later on during the vehicle safety inspection a potential problem was discovered, Ambar called me immediately, detailing my options, and giving me a revised estimate and pick up time. My car was ready to go at that time, sitting at the curb sparkling clean inside and out. In summary, I was treated with respect at all times, was confident my car was in good hands, and there were no surprises when I picked it up. More

The service department here is great! I had a few problems specifically with my radio, it was still under warranty so i took it in and had it checked out. There were a few things i also wanted them to look into while it was there. JR was my advisor, he was great! JR was on top of everything and got back to me on each and every concern i had. Everyone i spoke or dealt with in person were very polite and welcoming. They replaced my radio and i piccked up my car basically a morning later. I loved it. So simple and didnt need to worry about a thing. More
