Great Service from the Service Department It is nice to be treated so special. You pull up to the service bay and there is someone there to great you. Service I recently had my Mercedes C250 routinely serviced at Walters Mercedes Benz Riverside. Upon my arrival I was met by Service Advisor Brandon Monoco. That was the first occasion I had to meet Mr. Monoco. He escorted me to his desk where he began generating the service paperwork. My impression of Mr Monoco was that he was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the service that my car needed. He also asked me if I was having any issues with the car that may need to be looked at. Fortunately I didn't but his attention to detail was very much appreciated. My car was ready for pickup without any unexpected delays. Mr Monoco's customer service was "excellent" and it reaffirmed my reasons for returning to Walters for service. I have no reservations about returning next time my car needs service, and asking for Mr Monoco. More
