I have a Sprinter van I use for my business. Recently I had it serviced at Walters when I arrived to pick it up the mechanics had mistakenly left some the plastic trim detached from the van where they were had it serviced at Walters when I arrived to pick it up the mechanics had mistakenly left some the plastic trim detached from the van where they were working on an electrical issue. I was very upset because I had a tight schedule and needed to go. I complained to the manager, Chris, he immediately had the problem fixed and assigned Tyler as my service representative. Because of the inconvenience Chris provided me with several free services that the van was due for as well as a " loaner" vehicle for me to use in the mean time. Tyler coordinated the service and was very responsive to my needs and schedule. Although I had somewhat of a negative experience Chris and Tyler totally restored my faith in the service department. They never once had a bad attitude when I complained about the problem. They stayed positive and worked on a solution rather than making excuses. I own a service related business and this type of attitude is exactly what I expect from my employees. Walter is fortunate to have such great people working in the service department. More

We were on a trip to Palm Springs for a wedding when a red light came on in our 2012 CLS 550. We had a tire that wouldn't hold air and a gas station sent us down to Walter's Mercedes in Riverside. We red light came on in our 2012 CLS 550. We had a tire that wouldn't hold air and a gas station sent us down to Walter's Mercedes in Riverside. We were greeted immediately and our service advisor was Sarina Novin-Kashani. She immediately started calling around to see where she could get a replacement tire. Walter's didn't have the tire, and didn't have one on their lot so the calling began. She was amazing and she was also concerned that we get to the Palm Springs wedding. Another dealer didn't have the tire but called an independent tire store and they had one in stock. This store was in Irvine, California - quite a ways from Riverside. Sarina offered us a free loaner car (we would have gladly paid) and sent us on our way. Then an employee from Walter's drove to Irvine to pick up the tire. We have tire and rim insurance but Sarina wasn't sure if we could get the tire under the insurance as the store was not connected with MBZ. This was not a problem for us. The arrangements were that we could pick up the car on Sunday on our way home. Sarina called Saturday and told me the car was ready and the tire was covered under the warranty. When we went to pick up our car it had been totally detailed. She took hours to find this tire and fix our car. Now to the most important thing for the reader to understand -WE HAD NEVER BEEN TO WALTER'S MERCEDES.WE WERE COMING INTO THIS NEW DEALERSHIP TRYING TO REPLACE A HARD TO FIND TIRE - and our lovely service advisor Sarina Novin-Kashani treated us like we were their best and most important customers! I was absolutely amazed. I felt like I had walked into their dealership and won the lottery. and this is how their entire operation is run. Kindness and efficiency to anyone who walks through their doors. We arrived to our wedding on time and I have to say that I still have that wonderful feeling about Walter's Mercedes. We live far away, but we will certainly come to Riverside to buy our next car and will continue to tell our friends about our experience. Jan G. More
