Alex Ramirez, the best for service! Last week, I had the privilege to work with Alex about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other location Last week, I had the privilege to work with Alex about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. I was a bit hesitant due to bad experiences at other locations, but upon my arrival I was greated immediately. Alex, was able to get me into a rental, took my car in, listened to me about the issues I was having, and kept me updated during the day. He contacted me shortly after that morning, and explained in detail what was wrong with my vehicle, and what was recommended to repair the ongoing issue I had going on. My experience was very good, he was very polite, professional, and most important kept me updated on everything. I am an owner of two Mercedes and I have always experienced excellent service from Walter's, but this last time I was served by a man named Mark Espinoza who went far beyond the norm in his courteous manner and technical skills. He helped me get in and get out quickly, which is very important to me. I had a light bulb that needed to be replaced in my ML 350 and he was on the spot taking care of me.
