Alex Ramirez to the rescue! Just bought our third vehicle from Walters and less than 1200 miles later we got a flat tire. A new run flat tire was required as they cannot be patch Just bought our third vehicle from Walters and less than 1200 miles later we got a flat tire. A new run flat tire was required as they cannot be patched (@ $350). Our service advisor Alex Ramirez swung into action and was able to obtain for us a one time comp on a new tire. Totally Awesome!
