Warranty Service I just stopped by the dealership to see if I needed a specific part needed to be ordered to fix my car. Instead, Alex had me in a rental within 10 min I just stopped by the dealership to see if I needed a specific part needed to be ordered to fix my car. Instead, Alex had me in a rental within 10 minutes and I was on my way! He's always very helpful and quick to answer any questions. I received a call when my car was ready, which I found I never received before coming to Alex. I was always hunting down my service technician at other dealerships. That never happens at Walter's. Service I purchased a new GLK 350 a couple of weeks ago. I made an appointment because I thought I may have had a break leak. Everything was checked out and all was fine!! I had my all my tires checked and my front license plate attached during this same visit. Everything was done right away. All members of the service team were professional and a pleasure to work with. My Service Advisor was Mark Espinoza. He was very personable and professional.
