Took my car to Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside two days ago to get service, had a maintenance issue and really didn't know what to expect from Walter's, boy was I in for a surprise. When I got there I was instructed by Sales Person Illy Aabid to go see Service Advisor Enrique Velez. He was so professional, so knowledgeable, so respectful and the service Enrique provided made me feel like I was VIP. More

Let me start off by saying I didn't purchase my Mercedes from Josh or Walters in general. However I have and always will come to Walter's for services on my C300 purely because of Josh. He is an admirable a from Josh or Walters in general. However I have and always will come to Walter's for services on my C300 purely because of Josh. He is an admirable and very respectful guy that is completely professional but also knows how to alleviate the tension or stress of any situation I have had with my Mercedes (my fault, not the car). Due to his amazing customer service and his genuine passion for work, he definitely deserves 5 stars and future business. More

I love this dealership for their excellent customer service and fair pricing in their service department. I have a Mercedes dealership 10 minutes from my home but I drive over an hour each way to Walte service and fair pricing in their service department. I have a Mercedes dealership 10 minutes from my home but I drive over an hour each way to Walter’s for service on my 2016 C350e because they are that good (and the local dealership is that bad). More

Good Afternoon, Walter's has always been the dealership, as to where I take MBZ's for service. I have purchased three cars from Walter's. JR and Paul, in service, have always been on top of all dealership, as to where I take MBZ's for service. I have purchased three cars from Walter's. JR and Paul, in service, have always been on top of all topics, and whatever issues there are, they both take care of it. This time I needed my C350 smogged. The price was far and the process was completed in a timely fashion. More

I was greeted with a smile. Treated with respect and professionalism even though I looked like I just rolled out of bed. I had a massage scheduled prior to my appointment. So I was dressed in sweats in my hair was up in a raggedy ponytail. I had no make up on. I scared myself when I looked in the bathroom mirror.
