Took my car in for a leak. Part has to come in from Germany therefore I got a loaner car on Wednesday. That night I noticed that there was a low air in tire. Put air in it. 2 days later, again low Germany therefore I got a loaner car on Wednesday. That night I noticed that there was a low air in tire. Put air in it. 2 days later, again low tire air. Called dealership on Saturday morning to let them know that there was possibly a tire leak. They told me to wait until Monday with a flat tire until my service rep was there. They clearly stated that there was nothing they can do. First thing Monday morning I go to dealership since my service rep was not responding to texts. Dealership made me pay almost $400 for tire repair. They refused to let me take car to a different place to get tire replaced where it was cheaper. If I didn't pay the money, they clearly stated that they would not give me another loaner car nor would they give me my car. Extremely poor customer service!!!! First they make me keep the car for the weekend with a low tire, unable to drive it since I had to wait until Monday and then they have me pay this ridiculous amount of money to fix a tire with the threat of not giving me my car back. I have been their customer for many years, now will never get another car from them. There service is totally ridiculous!!!! More

He explained everything and was able to call the service tech to get me an idea of cost and time required for repair because I went for serv helpful.
