Hi Alma, I’m really very sorry that this was your experience with us. Some of this does seem a little strange so I went in a pulled the phone call to listen to it. Although in the call you said the tire was just “low” there was certainly room for us to do more here. If a car is unsafe to be on the road because a tire is in poor condition we will not let someone drive on it, that is the standard we must always meet.
