I just recently booked a time to have my 50,000 service done on my 2016 Smart Car. Brandon Monaco was my representative, and he handled everything very professionally, and even gave me a suggestion for whe done on my 2016 Smart Car. Brandon Monaco was my representative, and he handled everything very professionally, and even gave me a suggestion for where to go to lunch while waiting. He called a Lyft car, so that I could go downtown. The only hitch was that Brandon was on lunch when I needed to get a ride back to the dealership ~ it delayed my return, but all worked out well!
