Excellent service! I recently brought my CX-5 in for service. When I arrived (15 minutes before they were even open), I was greeted warmly by Craig and another young wom I recently brought my CX-5 in for service. When I arrived (15 minutes before they were even open), I was greeted warmly by Craig and another young woman. Although he wasn't supposed to be there yet, Craig went out of his way to help me....going over all of the options and even going outside in the 15 degree weather to look at the car. The communication throughout the day was excellent and I was able to pick up the car in no time!!!!! A smile to start the day goes a long way!!!! More

The employees spend time to assure that you are comfortable with your purchase with test drives. The sales contracts do not have any unnecessary add-on fees like other dealerships. The warranty department is low pressure and courteous at all times. The Service department is unbelievable in every aspect such as: quality repairs, reasonable pricing, convenience, courteous and most important, repairs are ONLY recommended when they are necessary.
