Horrible place and worst service. Beside the asvisor who i understand her as i was an advisor myself. No willing to cooperate and make customer happy. To top off the visit, paid for a service that they did not complete leaving my rear ac console apart with no ac and me having to youtube the fix. Maybe i should ve save that money and let s offer you a free rotation of the tire they just did and failed to inform my front tires were in the yellow zone. Maybe they company s goal on CP is not hight or maybe they just dont care about customer safety. More

Took my car in on a recall, returned to me after 5 days to my workplace. IDK what was done when they worked on & parked my car, but it killed my battery. I was unable to even start my car to leave. It functioned fine prior to then, it was tested 2x by tire choice when my engine light came on for a valve replacement that was done at tire choice. I was unable to reach anyone at W Ackers to help me w/my issue. So went home & left my car, till I found a friend w/cables to help me jump it. After my rear hatch malfunctioned due to battery going dead. I brought it back in, said what was going on. A diagnostic was done on my car for the issue & I was told it was my battery. The very 1 they killed when they gave my car back. I was charged $231 for a diagnostic I didn't ask for. I already knew they wrecked my battery & told them that. It has since been replaced by me, not by you! VERY POOR SERVICE at the final end of this recall. More
