Poor communication on the service appointment setup. Steve did not show me what was being done ahead of time. I was shown no estimates of cost. After a day of comparative shopping, I told Derrick I was going with another dealers truck. Derrick sent me a message thanking me for my time and said if I had any issues he would help. The next day I hit a going with another dealers truck. Derrick sent me a message thanking me for my time and said if I had any issues he would help. The next day I hit a issue with other dealer, I called Derrick he jumped into action and had me the truck the next day (Christmas eve) this was a surprise for my wife. Great Job Derrick. More
