In less than a month, I brought the truck back, smelling oil. I was told, the engine was leaking from several different gaskets, and that replacing them would be close to $8k. The sales team got involved and thankfully the repairs were made but it still cost me a little more than $1000. Since I thought new gaskets would increase the longevity of the truck, I wasn’t totally disappointed. However, I brought the truck back for the first oil change since the work and was told the water pump was bad and that the front gasket was leaking. Ben explained that the front gasket was the only one that hadn’t been changed when they did the work a few months ago, the combined cost of fixing the water pump and the front gasket would’ve been more than $4000 as I could not afford that much I had them change the leaking water pump for a little more than $2000. I now have to have the front gasket changed. I am told that gasket will be $2k… . At this point, I have too much invested in the vehicle and will have to have the gasket done. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

Being from out of state I had never been to Wayne Akers Ford. My AC was not working. I called for an appointment at 3;00 PM and was told to bring it in at 8:00 the following morning. By 2:00 PM the work wa Ford. My AC was not working. I called for an appointment at 3;00 PM and was told to bring it in at 8:00 the following morning. By 2:00 PM the work was completed. This was the best service of any dealership I have ever been to. More
