This location is just awesome. Me and my husband had purchased a vehicle and took it to the location at Al Packers Ford on military and Okeechobee. It was a terrible customer servi Me and my husband had purchased a vehicle and took it to the location at Al Packers Ford on military and Okeechobee. It was a terrible customer service experience. The vehicle ended staying at the dealer for three weeks. Me and my husband had to continuously call for updates on status, otherwise, they would not call us at all to keep us updated. Now I purchased another vehicle and needed to do a complete inspection to make sure all is good with it. This time decided to take it to Wayne Ackers Ford. The process was a breeze. I didn't have to make appointment. Just took the car one day by the next day inspection was completed. All good with the just one simple issue. Then a day after picking up the vehicle I get a courtesy call to check if everything went well. Now that's truly an awesome customer service. We certainly didn't get that kind of service at Al packer ford military trail location. More

I could not get appointment at Ford in delray I had to leave car for four days. They gave me round around. I called you and got in for recall by Ford the following day. Erick was great.
