Would never use this dealership again. They never answer the phone. They don't return calls when left messages. The service department doesn't care about your time, only theirs. Made an appointment for a oil change at 8 am . .2.5 hour wait with a appointment... was given a estimate of 109.99. I have 3 cylinder car. That takes 4.3 quarts of oil.so yeah the price was over t .2.5 hour wait with a appointment... was given a estimate of 109.99. I have 3 cylinder car. That takes 4.3 quarts of oil.so yeah the price was over the top . The lady that help me was nice but knew she worked for a shaddy place with shabby practices.. I have bought many ford's and had them serviced at a lot dealerships all over the united States ... this was by far the worst service I have received.. They will not be getting anymore of my money ... See you at Al Packer Ford where you get treated like a customer... not dollar signs. More
