I was very shocked on the huge change in service. Eric took my vehicle that was towed in for svc. In less that an hour he confirmed my warranty and listen to my problem. It was the first appointment of the day, and when dropping off my car I was informed they couldn't preform the recall that day. Then when they were able to get to my car I was informed I would have to pay out of pocket for the recall and they needed to know if I still wanted the service before they started. The price very inflated so I informed them I didn’t want anything to be done I will just pick it up. When picking it up they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic after I told them not to do anything. Had to speak with a manger to get my car back. The manager I spoke with was very professional and very good at his job. The cashier was very nice and professional. However the service representative I was dealing with the whole time was very upsetting to deal with. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
