I brought my truck with a tear end noise and they said it was the driveshaft and right rear axle. All this was supposedly replaced but the noise still there. Thought everything went well we ran into a problem trying to get the tauno cover. We got the truck on August 3 rd but the rep didn’t order the cover until August 9th. I felt I had to bother him every day to to get the tauno cover. We got the truck on August 3 rd but the rep didn’t order the cover until August 9th. I felt I had to bother him every day to check if it was in. Then he said this is making the him & the dealership look bad and we maybe should have ordered it ourselves and then brought it in to install. We would have but he said go online, screenshot the one we wanted and he would take care of everything. The way the cover was on the ford website made it also sound like the rack bar was included along with install plus $50 but that was not the truth. I’m so frustrated with bait and switch and not getting answers in a timely manner I gave up pestering the salesman.
