I’m new in the area and wanted to establish a service center for my ford vehicle. At first I was impressed with Yankil service rep. I went in for a oil change and W A multi point inspection of my vehic center for my ford vehicle. At first I was impressed with Yankil service rep. I went in for a oil change and W A multi point inspection of my vehicle. After waiting for an hour and a half I sought out the service rep to find if my vehicle was ready. I was told my lug nuts were swollen and the mechanic could not take off my wheels to my pick up. The term was swollen lug nuts 😳😐. I asked to explain. I was told that a 21 mm socket wouldn’t fit and they would have to use a 22mm ? Frustrated I asked that my vehicle be brought out to leave. Yankil said the mechanic that couldn’t get my wheels off were test driving my truck for a brake issue. Very frustrated I asked why is the mechanic test driving for a brake issue if he can’t even get a wheel off to rotate the tires. Extremely frustrated it seemed like the mechanic didn’t want to work rather drive around in my vehicle with a/c cranking, how could he hear any brake issue. I paid the $90 for the oil change and never got my tires rotated or a multi point inspection. While I was waiting earlier I spent a couple hundred on seat covers & a lense got a directional. I was extremely dissatisfied with the BS from the service I canceled my orders for the extras I purchased for my truck. I drove up to the dealership to make my appointment. Saturday morning I got up early to leave for my 730 am appointment. Turned out to be a waste of my Saturday . By the way, when I got home I put a deep welled 21mm socket on my so called swollen lug nuts. It worked fine no issues. I think you have a lazy mechanic who may only like to work on brand new cars. Idk but what a drag More

Day I brought my car in for service I was told Service team was in a staff meeting- I was asked to wait until the meeting was over My husband saw two offices occupied with 2 workers in each office and ta team was in a staff meeting- I was asked to wait until the meeting was over My husband saw two offices occupied with 2 workers in each office and talked someone into to helping us The service tech who worked on my car helped themselves to personal items without my permission Was told I need to pay for additional work (recall items-seat belt/ airbag) More
