Our Escape battery went down while arriving for vacations. We called the service department and spoke to Jim who told us he would do his best to repair it fast even it was a busy Monday morning. He kept his promises and they were able to locate the problem and fixed it the same day. Jim called us regularly to keep us informed and even booked the shuttle bus to pick us up.
