I had an appointment to replace the APIM on my F150. The tech completed the work in a timely manner, but work on the truck felt a bit sloppy. Scrapes and gouges on the center console top are evident after r tech completed the work in a timely manner, but work on the truck felt a bit sloppy. Scrapes and gouges on the center console top are evident after reinstall of the center stack bezel and upon inspection when I came home, I had to seat a lower trim panel properly. I have priced out a new console top at $193, for which I will be replacing. This damage could have prevented by removing the console top which takes releasing two clips. More
