Actually there’s no need. My service advisor Josue went ahead and offered me a complementary oil change for my next visit and he apologized for the delay and assured me it won’t happen again. I’m very pleased on how he handled the situation and made sure my concerns were heard. Even though it was not his fault he took really good care of me and I’ll be sure to be stopping by again.
