I'm still waiting for the dealership to schedule to have my transmission examined after an extensive amount of time. The time left on my warranty is dwindling and yet the dealer who sold and services my tru my transmission examined after an extensive amount of time. The time left on my warranty is dwindling and yet the dealer who sold and services my truck has made zero effort to correct their faulty transmission. It has been extremely frustrating. It feels like the service staff has been directed to initiate any contact with customers in a way that makes the customer want to leave due over fear of wait times or other issues rather than being helpful. I don't know if it's the culture, management or the workers, but for any future vehicle purchases this is a dealership and manufacturer I would be sure to avoid. More
