My vehicle was brought in for service due to a recall letter. Besides checking the status of the recall problem, the Service Dept. Did a complete check of the engine cover and other areas of the engine. letter. Besides checking the status of the recall problem, the Service Dept. They left their paper floor mat and plastic seat cover crumpled up on the passenger seat. Come on. Throw out your own trash. Also, I was charged $199 for a diagnostic test for my Check Engine Light. I crumpled up on the passenger seat. Come on. Throw out your own trash. Also, I was charged $199 for a diagnostic test for my Check Engine Light. I had done a free diagnostic test at AutoZone. Ford Rep told me those tests aren't any good, but Ford's result was exactly the same as AutoZone. Definitely felt ripped off. More
