Erik was friendly and helpful and the service was quick! I usually go to Al Packer East but didn’t feel like driving up that way as Wayne Akers is much closer to me. I expected a wait of about 1 to 1 and 1/ I usually go to Al Packer East but didn’t feel like driving up that way as Wayne Akers is much closer to me. I expected a wait of about 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours (based on previous experiences at Al Packer). I was shocked when Erik phoned me 50 mins later to say my car was ready!! That’s amazing! This location is very well run. It seemed like a busy morning but everything went smoothly and efficiently. I’ll be staying here for all my car’s needs! Thanks, Erik! More
