Communication was beyond awful. Due to complete ignorance to how the warranty sold to us works we were and are still without our car 14 days later!!! Service agents do NOT answer calls or return mesaages Had to send countless texts to even make any progress. Ultimately had to go into the dealership in person and stand over the agent so they did their job. At this point only 50% of the work requested has been completed. My wife is about to give birth and we STILL do not have our car back. All the time Wayne Akers blaming everyone they can other than owning their own mistakes in this process and advocating for me their client. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with service at a dealership. More
2023 Truck was brought in for a no start, was checked and confirmed it was a burnt fuse box and harness. Warranty covers parts but advisor wouldn’t submit claim due to him saying water was present but can’t confirmed it was a burnt fuse box and harness. I drove up to the dealer, was quickly checked in, Steve went over what service I needed, returned later with an update, and then I was in the cashier I drove up to the dealer, was quickly checked in, Steve went over what service I needed, returned later with an update, and then I was in the cashier’s office checking out. My appointment was at 9:30am and I was heading home by 11:00am. I always choose to wait at the dealership and my wait was not long at all. I am very happy with the service I received. Ford’s website needs to be updated and improved for scheduling service, but the dealer was great. More
