I brought my 2025 ford ranger in for a drivers side door water leak. This is my third time going to Wayne Ford for service (3 different issues). The water leak was fixed but unfortunately I received the tru water leak. This is my third time going to Wayne Ford for service (3 different issues). The water leak was fixed but unfortunately I received the truck back dirty. It was washed and detailed by myself before the appointment ,when I got the truck back the door panel was dirty with greasy fingerprints and the whole truck was covered in hard water spots. More

Scheduled oil changes shouldn't take 2+ hours. Came in for oil change and software recall on my xx took 3.5 hours. Came in next day just the oils change in my wife's MKz 2 hours. Why? Plus no conversation about the car, anything they found. No color sheets showing treads of tires breaks fluids. Just go to the window and pay the invoice. Million times better service at Maplecrest and would be faster to drive down there as a 7 or 8 am appt is in and out in 30 mins and they wash the cars as well. More
