Went in for an oil change. There was also a recall on my vehicle. Everything looked fine. But when I drove my vehicle I noticed my alignment was off. Called the same day left a message to call me back. No one called. Called again a week later receptionist told me service person Michelle was not there i would have to call back. Called back the following Monday no answer left a message still 4 week later no one has addressed my concerns or even bothered to call me.
