I purchased a used Ford Escape on June 2022 from Ford Wayne. I was in a rush because I had recently moved in NJ and I needed a car for my family as I have two kids. Hence I needed the car ASAP. There was Wayne. I was in a rush because I had recently moved in NJ and I needed a car for my family as I have two kids. Hence I needed the car ASAP. There was a vibration at the time and they said they had ordered the part and it would be solved in a couple of weeks. I trusted them and did nothing. Now, it’s been more than three months and they keep saying the part is on backorder. The part is worth around $100. There might be something more serious about the car that they are trying to hide. I don’t know. I feel as I ripped off. So I suggest DO NOT BUY used cars from Ford Wayne. If you want a Ford and live at the North, there are other options really close. More
