The service department is extremely helpful, professional and caring. Never a bad experience and I will not take my Ford vehicles to any other dealership except Wayne Ford. Then had issues before this trip for a recall and new tires but the entire process took 2 hours more than was told and the person at the desk really didn’t work well with the customers. I waited for my v tires but the entire process took 2 hours more than was told and the person at the desk really didn’t work well with the customers. I waited for my vehicle and I was completely frustrated by the handling of the process this time. Never an issue before but was extremely disappointed this time. More
