I recently purchased a Mustang from a non-Ford dealer, and I knew I wanted a warranty on the car. I was connected to Jaime Concepcion, and I can truthfully say that I have never experienced customer service like the kind he delivers! He truly went above and beyond to guide me through the warranty coverage, make me feel at ease, and ensure that the selling dealer didn't rip me off. He's a sterling example of an employee who genuinely cares about the customers he works with, and I am so excited to continue working with him in the future! More
I needed a simple oil change, I called 4 separate times. Each time transferred to auto service, no one answers. Finally the service advisor guy comes from that hallway, I said I needed an oil change he said no appointment can’t today. Being interrupted by at least 5 phone calls, I made a joke saying everyone on lunch? He said I’m the only one that works on Saturday, Why? That’s just the way it is. So on Tuesday I called the dealership asked for the general manager or the owner, I got transferred to a woman Joan or Jean she then sent me to a manager of service. But, I asked for the general manager or owner and got this guy. So listen up, I got my oil changed at Firestone, they were fast, hassle free and had staffIng. Having only one service guy on a Saturday is ridiculous way to operate. Then having no accommodations for occasional walk in or drive by appointment is simply poor management. Then calling to make my concerns known I get this woman who intercepted my call to obviously cover for the mismanagement of that service center. Dear owners and general manager having the clowns run the circus is no way survive. Like others I have found a new place to service my car, I’ll also buy elsewhere cause this place is terrible More
Terrible service . I have brought in my vehicle several times for repair. (Lag and throttle response) and they've said that there is nothing found. Finally brought my . Finally brought my car back due to their now being a noise from the engine bay. It has been at their service center for 3 weeks and it has yet to be repaired. They do not call you to update you on the vehicle status. I have called twice a week for the last three weeks only to hear that the part hasnt arrived or that it wont be done till the following week. Called them again this morning and they are now telling me that i have to call back on tuesday. It is ridiculous that it is taking this long, and what bothers me the most is that they do not call you at all unless you call to inquire. I would not recommend this service center at all. More

SERVICE DEPT. and Appointments I have been visiting this dealer since my purchase in 2013. Thankfully, I have only had to "service" for an OIL CHANGE (works package), unthankfully, I have been visiting this dealer since my purchase in 2013. Thankfully, I have only had to "service" for an OIL CHANGE (works package), unthankfully, EVERY TIME I get stuck WAITING for my car until past closing hours, although, each and every time my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM!!!!! I have told them I am waiting for the vehicle and still it takes 10 hrs from appointment schedule time to completion. Completely absurd!! I can honestly say I will take it elsewhere from now on and I will still be as comfortable with service and more than happy will convenience of holding appointment times. More

However, Every time I show up there there is a problem, there is no car or the latest excuse I received the last two appointments is "They should it called you this morning to let you know..." this type of service is just not worth my time! I bought my Ford in August of 2012. It is a 2013 Ford Edge Sport. I was back and forth between 3 dealerships when purchasing my truck. I chose Wayne Ford over Ford Auto Mall in Butler and Fette in Clifto Edge Sport. I was back and forth between 3 dealerships when purchasing my truck. I chose Wayne Ford over Ford Auto Mall in Butler and Fette in Clifton because I live in Wayne. My service started out well. The last 3 times have I have been in for service has been a nightmare. The first of the 3 when I picked up my truck from service my back left bumber was scraped up and it was not when I dropped it off. The service department apologized and advised they would have their guy touch it up for me. I understand things happen. The next time my truck was fine when I dropped it off for service again. When I picked it up the check engine light was on and off for the first few weeks and eventually went away. I did not bring it up since it went away. This past time my truck was fine when I dropped it off once again. The day after I picked it up the engine light was blinking and my auto start was no longer working. This past weekend the light came on and stayed on. I called Monday for an appointment and told them I was driving to Vermont that Thursday and I needed it looked at. They said they could not service the truck until Thursday and could not move it up. That was my first problem if the truck was fine before it is obviously their error they should accomodate I did purchase my truck at this dealership. When I brought it in this morning I asked if they could look at it early on because of my leaving later today. He said we will get to it when we can. Is this good service? If iIdrop my truck off for service I don't expect to pick it up with problems and if there is they should do everything possible to fix as soon as possible. I will not bring my truck back here for service and it would take a lot for me to purchase a vehicle here again. There are too many other Ford Dealerships locally no need to choose one that will give you problems with the service everytime you need an oil change. Keith Bursey More
I bought a brand new Ford Focus. After three days a started to hear noise when switching gears. My wife put it in reverse and the car went forward and almost got into an accident. My daughter was with her too. I immediately called the dealership to tell them about the problem and told them what happened and that the car is too dangerous to drive. The girl that answered the phone dared to tell me that nothing she can do and i have to call the service in the morning. I will explore all my legal options to make this dealership pay. Not they sold a defective car but their bad attitude towards that problem. Please do not buy from this dealership. I am real and my number is 201-919-5912 More

When I went to get the service done, they ran out of loaner cars, so Paul gave me his own dealer vehicle! This is the friendliest and most accommodating service experience I've ever had.
