Going to Wayne Mazda for my Mazda CX-30 was such a great experience. James was my salesman and was very polite, professional, and very helpful. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond by explaining the features of the car, setting up, and etc. Mark in the financing department was super helpful and gave us the information that we needed. My first car purchase at Wayne Mazda has such amazing and friendly staff that I will be coming back to this dealership for years to come. I usually hate going to dealerships and dread buying/leasing cars. We went to Wayne Mazda about 6 years ago, expecting the same dread, to lease a car for the wife. Surprisingly, it was a pleasant buying/leasing cars. We went to Wayne Mazda about 6 years ago, expecting the same dread, to lease a car for the wife. Surprisingly, it was a pleasant experience so we kept coming back. We are return customers even though there is another mazda dealer in the town I live in and Wayne Mazda is about a 30 min drive away. Three years ago, we leased our 2nd Mazda and had the pleasure of working with Misael. What a chill dude. Not aggressive at all and didn't pressure us one bit. He worked with us and got us an awesome deal. We liked him so much that when our lease was up this Sept, we went back looking for him. So happy to find him still there and he helped us get into our third car. Even though the current car market with little to no inventory, he was able to get us into a car at another great deal. He got us in and out as quickly as possible and provided great service. If you're looking for a Mazda and want to work with a cool salesperson, go to Wayne Mazda and ask for Misael. More
