Rob was a pleasure to deal with and made our first leasing experience a great one. Do not waste your time. I traveled to Wayne Mazda 3 times!! It is convenient for me regarding location, but the sales personnel are very rude and ignorant! The first time I was here, I waited 20 minutes prior to some one helping me. I had to ask for some one to assist me. When they finally took the time to talk to me, they were not interested in what I wanted. They only wanted to sell a new, higher priced model of the mazda 3 than I wanted. The second time I went, I was looking for a car they had listed on the internet. When I went to the dealership, it was not there. Instead they showed me 3 other cars in the Mazda 3. I was looking for a 2009 i touring model, flexible on the color. I was shown 3 other years/models. They said they would call me the next day since they were getting a shipment in. I did not hear from them for three or four days. I finally called to see what they had in stock. They mentioned they had what I wanted and I should stop in. I stop in, and they try and sell me a 2010!!! Needless to say, I ended up going to Ramsey Mazda, they found exactly what I wanted in less than a week and I had a new 2009 Mazda 3 with in a week!! Thanks Wayne Mazda for wasting my time!!! More
Very pushy pleasant when they think the have you wrapped up. I called and told the salemen I looked at another car at another dealership I wanted to see what they could do for me. He got some what indignan up. I called and told the salemen I looked at another car at another dealership I wanted to see what they could do for me. He got some what indignant and said, I can not sell you a car that is a 2008 for a 2007 price. I told him I did not say that and that I was just trying to negotiate on a price. He then got very pushy which was a big turn off. In fact he stated are you going to buy this car today. I told him I was not sure and that it was just a deposit to hold the car. He then said I still have the other car you looked at, I told him that, that car was in an accident and hit a pole , you also told me that car was sold. Just could not trust him at this point. Ramsey Mazda was nicer and better to negotiate with and the prices were better. I called the salemen and left a message that it was a matter of economics and that I saved over $ 3,000.00 and that I would like mine deposit back, I never heard back.I have since called five times and not even the courtsey of a reply. I had to call Visa and tell them that I put a deposit on a card and dispute the charge. What a horrible way to do business they are fast enough to take your money but do not want to give it back. I would not go to Wayne Madza again even if it is closer to me. More

We did not have a pleasant experience with this dealership this past week. Don't even get me started. First of all, the customer service was horrible and very unprofessional. They have so little dealership this past week. Don't even get me started. First of all, the customer service was horrible and very unprofessional. They have so little respect for customers. They think you're an idiot who is just going to role over and take as gospel whatever comes out of their mouth. From changing salespeople in mid-stream to giving you one price over the phone, or in person and then when it comes time to finalize the purchase, the prices change, go up obviously. They advertise to match competitors prices, yet find ways to avoid doing so. Because of their rudeness; telling one of us to stop whining while we were there to pick up the car, to not matching a competitors price after promising to do so on several occasions, we can only warn people to stay away from this dealership, or if you must deal with them, get it all in writing. Needless to say we cancelled our order. Oh, we're still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. We'll see how long it takes them. More
I recently leased a 2010 Mazda 3 from Wayne Mazda and have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. My salesman, Mo Razavi, was courteous, knowledgable and honest, as were the ot have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. In terms of price, they were able to beat another dealerships quote by nearly $100 per month (for same exact model, options and down payment), and they already had the car on the lot so I didn't have to wait for the car to be delivered. Based on these factors, I would definitely recommend both Wayne Mazda and Mo. More
After having a disheartning experience at another Mazda dealership, my wife and I decided to explore on to "The World's Largest" and were amazed how we could have a completely opposite experience here. The salesman was quite helpful in explaining the differences in options, took the time to listen to our needs to help determine what would fit our budget best. Although we are weighing our options I have a feeling that the vehicle we were shown has the best overall value, and Wayne Mazda can perhaps give us the best deal! We would suggest to stop here first and further more speak to Jason.... Two Thumbs Up!!! More
