New 2020 Legacy I was looking for a new Legacy and Wayne Subaru was great from the start. While other dealerships wanted me to call to get my "online" quote, Wayne qu I was looking for a new Legacy and Wayne Subaru was great from the start. While other dealerships wanted me to call to get my "online" quote, Wayne quickly got back to me with an offer that was very good! I went to another dealership first and walked around the showroom for 15 min with no one asking if I needed any help until I walked up to 4 guys talking at the desk then was given a salesman who seemed like he just got promoted bc he wasn't sure about a lot of the specs. Then at Wayne we were immediately greeted once we walked in and asked by multiple people if we needed help while waiting for Steve (who a family member suggested) to finish with his previous client. Steve knew everything about the car and was very up front and professional, no games or bull. They had the car ready for us in just a few days and went through every detail of it with us before we drove off the lot. A great experience from start to finish. More

Above & beyond service I had a recent experience with Wayne Subaru that I thought deserved comment. I had received an email from Subaru that required a software update. It a I had a recent experience with Wayne Subaru that I thought deserved comment. I had received an email from Subaru that required a software update. It also required a connected WiFi hotspot. As my router did not provide an adequate signal to my car in my driveway I went to my dealer to see if they could help me without going thru a hassle of a service appointment. Charles in sales was determined to help me. It took several attempts after using the hotspot on his personal cell phone to accomplish the task. I could not do it on my cellphone as I did not have a hotspot option. I will be inquiring @ this fact with Verizon. Anyway, I just thought to say how appreciative I was of Charles efforts in this matter. To Subaru, it seems ridiculous that a 4G LTE connection could not accomplish the same task or do they think that everyone has access to a secured WiFi hotspot! More
