Avoid at all costs!!! We were having issues with our bluetooth audio. On August 12 we dropped our car off at Wayne Subaru Service. That’s where the nightmare begins. We explained the situation to a service advisor and we also requested an oil change + brake light switch recall. We brought our own oil and filter. We dropped the car and left the service. At the end of the day we received a call from service advisor explaining that they tried to upgrade software on head unit but it was stuck during an update. He said that they will have to replace head unit. We asked how many days we will wait for the new head unit. We have been told few days. Then we decided to leave the car at the service since it was only a few days. On August 16 at the end of the day we called service advisor since we have not heard back. He said they have not received the head unit yet. Okay it happens. When we asked again when is it going to come. He still was not sure when it will arrive. We asked him to call us back asap when they have the exact arrival date, since our car was sitting at the service for a week. We clearly stated that if it’s going to take longer than few days we must get the car. He called us back on August 19 to tell us that the part was shipped and will arrive in a few days. Still no exact arrival date. On August 21 we called again to find out if head unit arrived. Service advisor said the head unit arrived and they were installing it. At the end of the day he called us back to tell that the car was ready. We said we will pick it up next day as service was closing in less than 30 minutes when he called. That was the 9th day the car was sitting at the service. On August 22 we went to service to pick up our car to find out that they replaced the head unit but issue was not resolved. Which means they did not even test the new head unit. On top of that we found out that USB port is not working also, which was working perfectly fine before bringing our car to service. Then we asked for a service manager, who came to test the new head unit to say that he never seen such thing before. He told us that they will contact Subaru of America regarding the issue and let us know how to proceed. Moreover they did not even use our own oil and filter for an oil change. When we asked service advisor about it, his response was “Oh we are sorry our mechanics used Subaru oil, we did not use your oil and filter”??Which we had was genuine Subaru oil filter and SAE certified oil. Plus we got free scratches and dents on our car!! Since there was nothing else they could do we drove our car to home. This was the worst Subaru service experience we've ever had. As of today issue is still not fixed !!! More

Make This Your First and Only Stop! Our first visit was to Wayne Subaru, as we were looking to buy a 2019 Crosstrek. We were greeted by Sales Professional Ken Kopack. From the moment we met Ken, we were totally blown away how pleasurable and easy it was speaking with Ken. He took the time explaining in detail the options we wanted, and had one in transient in our color choice. He priced out the vehicle, NO HAGGLING, NO TRICKS were used and gave us his very best price. We told Ken, we would seriously think about it. In the meantime we went back to another dealership, where we had purchased our last 2 Subarus. This would have been our third car. Our treatment was nothing like we had experienced at Wayne Subaru with Ken. We felt like strangers walking in off the street. Their pricing was higher than Wayne Subaru.. Buying a car should be a happy and enjoyable experience, as we witnessed first hand at Wayne Subaru. We were treated like family, a handshake was all that was needed to seal the deal. We definitely will tell all our friends and family to buy their next Subaru from Ken Kopack at Wayne Subaru. More

No pressure no pushing to make a decision. when I decided Ken walked us through the process. He was very thorough and used the numbers I wanted at the price I wanted. Ken then introduced me to David Fried the finance officer and he offered me several packages to better service my vehicle which I did except a few. Both gentlemen were Professional and courteous. This Is the first time I have used Wayne Subaru, I own another Subaru and Honda. Will never shop anywhere else. Have never been treated so well, they made me feel like a person not another number. I came in looking for a 2019 Forester, but they did not have what I was lo Ken Kopack was friendly, but also a no nonsense and efficient salesperson. I came in looking for a 2019 Forester, but they did not have what I was looking for readily available. They did have a few 2019 Outback left in stock and surprised me with the most competitive pricing I've seen in the area. On top of that, they have one of the lowest mandatory add-on fees in the area (such as documentation fees) and they don't push unnecessary add-ons like vehicle window etching as some dealerships do. I am hoping I have just as good an experience with the service department. A this point quite recommended over two other Subaru dealerships west of there. More
