Stress free buying experience I purchased a new 2018 vehicle from Wayne Subaru. With a little elbow grease I managed to get the price and vehicle options I was seeking. Wayne Subaru accommodated all of my concerns and worked with me step by step. My salesman was Vincent Calabrese, he was very helpful and worked with me despite the dealership being very busy with other customers. He gave me the time I needed to ask questions and provided me with answers and more info to help ease my buying experience. Wayne Subaru worked with me to make a deal and Vincent assisted me through that process. I ended up walking out on my first visit, but came back later for another visit and we were able to come to an agreement. More

From the first phone call, through the sales process, financing and finally the delivery of the car, the entire team was AMAZING! Charlie Wilson was my salesman, and he really listened to what I needed in the car, and delivered. David, the finance manager was professional and easy to work with. And just when I thought the service couldn't get any better, here comes Nick -- who spent more than an hour explaining all the details of the car, and answering every one of my questions. The whole team was super friendly, and Charles was extremely patient with me as I brought my dad along for moral support in the process, as it's been over a decade since I entered into a car dealership with the intention of getting a car, my 11-year-old car having stopped working that same morning. But Charles was very accommodating as I test drove two cars and was ultimately able to work with my budget. He was understanding of the tight schedule I had by moving the paperwork along quickly and even having the car ready for me the next day earlier than originally anticipated. David and Nick were great too, kept it light, humorous, and they talk on your level, they want to help. Nice to not feel pressured or in-over-my-head at all through the entire experience :) More

Awesome customer service! Vincent was our sales person, and he was fantastic! Very down to earth, not pushy, funny, and very accommodating. No high-pressure sales tactics! We did our research on TrueValue and Kelly Blue Book, and without haggling, or back-and-forth negotiations, they came back to us with a better price than both services for the exact car and features we wanted. The exact car we wanted was not available on their lot, but it was no problem for them order the exact car we wanted. They did not try to push us to a "similar" car that was already on their lot. We filled out the necessary paperwork, and they did not make us put down a penny until our car arrived. When our car finally arrived, we went in and Nick showed and demonstrated every inch and features of the car. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about making sure we knew how everything worked on our new Outback; something that our last dealer did not do. This is our first Subaru, and thus far it has been an uncharacteristically positive car buying experience. It will definitely not be our last Subaru. More

This was our first experience with Subaru so we didn't know what to expect. We worked with Ken Kopack on the sales side and he was extremely patient answering all our queries. He spent a lot of time with us going over the different features of the car as well as talked about his own experience owning a Subaru Outback. Since he also drove a Subaru he had very good knowledge about the Outback and the brand in general. If you are in the market for a Subie go to Wayne Subaru and ask for Ken. You'll be in good hands. The dealership as a whole felt very family run rather than the one-and-done sale-sy vibe we encountered at other non-Subaru dealerships. When it came to price they gave us a pretty good deal without the kind of stress and exasperation one expects with while negotiating car prices. The pricing process was all very straightforward from the beginning which we appreciated. In addition to Ken we also worked with David Fried. David went over all the documentation process carefully and explained what was in them while at the same time answering all our questions in detail. After that we dealt with Nick Gigantes who went over all the features of the car, the navigation system, Starlink and Eyesight. He helped set up my wife's phone on the bluetooth and answered all out follow up questions on the various safety features of the car.
